A neutral-flavored powdered semifreddo mix, quick and easy to prepare, ideal for a creamy and delicate semifreddo. It can be flavored to taste by adding one of our concentrated flavoring pastes.
How to use:1. Combine 200 g of powdered mix with 340 g of whole milk and 250 g of fresh cream in a bowl.2. Blend with a blender until smooth. Season to taste.3. Pour into a mold and leave to cool in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours or until frozen.
