Cake Perfector Powder is a mix of emulsifiers and stabilizers that helps to keep the structure of your batters strong and therefore improves the softness, mouthfeel and freshness of your gluten-free recipes.

Can be used in gluten-free cakes, cookies, brownies, scones and more. Simply add the Cake Perfector Powder to your existing recipe and bake as you normally would. No extra effort is required.

For best results, add 10-20 g of Cake Perfector Powder per kg of end product.

Ingredients: emulsifier: E481, stabiliser: E466, E471.

Maximum usable dose: 10-20 g/kg.

Store in a dry place, 12-22°C
