Preparation: Process the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 150°C (confection oven 140°C). Put the butter in the bowl. Mix with the flat beater for 3-4 minutes on low speed. Add the eggs and the mix to the bowl. Mix with the flat beater again for 5 minutes on medium speed. Spray the sides of the baking tin (25 cm) with Bake Release Spray. Fill the greased baking tin with the batter. Bake the cake for 60 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven.
