The cream is already delicious as it is, but its white colour and vanilla flavour also make it perfect for adding food colourings and flavour pastes.
Content: 450 gram.
Preparation: For 1 portion Enchanted Cream®. Mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavouring to your preference. The cream can be used immediately. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse. If preferred, the mix can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make it either creamier or less creamy. One serving of Enchanted Cream® is sufficient for filling 2 layers and covering 1 Ø25 cm cake, or for piping swirls on approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
