Laped’s almond paste is made from top grade almonds from Puglia in Italy. Thanks to its formulation, it is strong and elastic thus making it ideal for covering classic and traditional cakes and also for decorations. Its flexibility makes it possible to roll by hand and it can be easily coloured with food colouring powders, gels and pasted.
