The PME acrylic side scraper is a handy tool to take out the center third of your cake. It is ideal to create various designs of striped sides. It can be used best with royal icing, buttercream or ganache. Takes out the centre third of a 10,1cm and 15,2cm tall cake. Simply flip the scraper to change heights.
