Wilton Paramount Crystals are designed to blend easily and can be used as a melting aid for chocolate, candy, carob and yoghurt coatings. Adding these fat crystals improves fluidity, makes tempering faster and more reliable and helps prevent seizing. They are also perfect for for stabilising buttercream in warmer conditions and help create crumbly pastries and cookies with  just the right amount of crunch.

  • The paramount crystals are colour- and flavourless and won't affect the colour and flavour of your creations.
  • Gluten-free, salt- and sugar free and suitable for kosher, Halal and vegan customers.

Use: add 3-5 g (1tsp) per 100 g of product. Add gradually, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached. 

Ingredients: hydrogenated oil (palm kernel), emulsifier: E471, E322 (sunflower).

This product is: Halal certified.

Store in a cool, dry place.
